Breakfast date at Bread and circus, Alexandria

Finally we both had a day off together. Now that my boy is studying there's not too much time to hang out. Nowadays it gets extra special when we're both free to just be with each other with no time limits. It's a bit sad...I think I mainly need less free time on my hand though. Stupid job hunt is not too successful.

He had planned something for us in the morning and he could absolutely not let me know what it was.  I tried to figure it out during our walk but all I could possibly tell was that it must have to do with breakfast and that's the most romantic thing I will ever know.

We ended up here at ''bread and circus'' in Alexandria.

I had a superhot date in front of me and I ordered, bread, avocado, tomato, halloumi and a juice. Breakfast to me is the best time of every single day, I love breakfast, breakfast makes me want to leave bed (to go back into it with my breakfast and coffee of course), I wish every meal every day was breakfast.

Also the interior there was absolutely amazing. Wish I could move in to a big warehouse and decorate it like this or even better. It's a shame i'm extremely poor and pretty much don't have a job at the moment. Life feels so uncertain to me these days but this tuesday was a good day with no worries.

London disposables pt 2

Alice

Lina and Frida. The last couple of months in London mainly contained parks and drinks. It was super hot and such a dreamy place to be in. Missing the European summer now. Oh how I fell for you London.

The awesome beyond retro café staff. Linn, Lucy and Emily

Jose and Raymon

Linn and dad. The last supper. Two days before dad helped me to pack up my room in two suitcases and took me back home to Sweden again. Weird times to leave this behind.

And the last week before my love left me for Australia we had a week off together to do dreamy stuff. Here we are at the breakfast club in Hoxton (our old hoods) eating eggs Benedict.

På gatan där jag bor

I have many days off as i mentioned so I could do a lot of things the problem is just that it costs money. So i'm trying to do those small things a bit more exiting. Like walking a new way to the shop and looking around in the neighbourhood. This is from a not so sunny but hot monday a couple of weeks ago.

Coogee beach times

So many Mathilda's in one go, i'm so sorry. I asked Johanna to take some photos and I turned out surprisingly good, not often so let's embrace. I had such a good day at the beach with Johanna today. I will make this a habit of mine. No swimming of course. I'm not a fan of that shark thing, or salt water, or even the waves. The wind can keep me cool enough whilst reading my book. Now i'm red as a crayfish even with factor 50+, my skin is clearly not a big fan of the sun. Tonight I've been making my sunburnt-self feel better with popcorn and tea infront of a film.x

Day off and Glebe markets

I have many days off nowadays and I really need a new job. This saturday I got up and made myself some fried eggs and baked beans. It reminds me of me and Linn, when we just got our own place in London. It's pretty dreamy to think about us cuddling up in the sofa with sheets and blankets in the morning to watch last night's episode of paradise hotel.

This was my view from the bed that day. I really felt like doing something so I had a shower and got dressed to meet up with Johanna and take her to Glebe markets. I've been wanting to go for a long, long time but I have always been working on Saturdays. Those happy days are over now.

It was lovely and I can't wait to go again and maybe bring my boy next time. We walked around and looked at everything. I ended up spending almost no money on three pendants and two necklaces. Hot and tired we sat down in the grass with hungover coca cola and dumplings. When we were done we walked to the city and ended the whole date with coffee in Hyde park. I waved goodbye and caught the train to north Sydney and met up with a happy king charles cavalier.
