Cygnet folk festival

Denim jacket vintage from somewhere in Barcelona, suede skirt from Beyond retro, turtleneck from the red cross, Doctor martens and Ray bans. How can I clean suede? My skirt is dirty..

 Day one in Tasmania part two. After breakfast and a walk we got a lift in to town where the folk festival was on. I felt like I was in a film and everything was very surreal. We sat down in one of the two pubs to enjoy a pint of bulmers.

 Music was playing and food was cooking. It was hot and we sat down in the grass to have some german sausages for lunch and then another pint in the other pub.

 When we were tired we got a lift back to the house and we spent some time playing uno instead. This is a fake smile.

Dinner time we went to a nice restaurant with this view. Then we ended the night back in the house playing balderdash, eating ice cream and drinking tea until midnight. Today i'm up early even though i'm not working because we're having a daytime party in our house!

First morning in Tasmania

 Tasmania times. I meet up with this handsome man at central station to go to the airport and catch a late night flight.

 The day after we woke up to this and just had to go for a walk before the day could start properly.

 We found these massive shells and stole them to take them back home for decoration somewhere suitable.

 Trees, fields, hills and water everywhere. This is such a beautiful place.

Said hello and goodbye to a little horse wanting our attention. We had coffee with a view and looked in an old school year book. Then we got ready for the rest of the day but I will those photos for another day.

Tasmania through my phone

First morning in Tasmania and we had this dreamy view from our windows. We had breakfast and coffee followed by a walk around the house and up a hill to see if we could possibly get an even better view.

Next morning we had a good breakfast with egg since we were going to climb Mount Wellington. It was a lot more exhausting than I thought it would be but I made it and the view from the top was stunning. There are no photos from my phone but there is a whole lot more on my camera. Instead the second photo is of vaginas from MONA, an amazing art museum we visited on our last day.

After several hours at the museum we caught the ferry back and spent time walking around Hobart. Sat down for a while in this bus for some drinks and a rest before we met up with the parents for dinner. After dinner it was unfortunately time to take off to the airport and go back to the big city again.

Waved goodbye to a lovely visit and we will definitely be back sooner rather than later.

Photo booth life

I'm back home in a crazy hot Sydney. Tasmania was absolutely amazing and I wouldn't mind staying for another week or so. Tuesday I was back at work and when I finished I met up with my gal Felicity for drinks but first I bought these shoes.

Today I was off work and was dying in the heat every single second. Also I did some kind of grocery shopping and walked in second hand shops. I found a white lovely pussybow blouse for 15 dollars(!!) Then I had cold white wine in our kitchen and two halloumi wraps for dinner.

Now I've finally made myself at home again after washing and cleaning so now it's time to watch something in bed.
